Research Funding

The majority of the Foundation’s funds are committed to supporting research programmes in the Roger Williams Institute of Hepatology.

In memory of Professor Roger Williams, CBE (1931-2020) the Foundation has set up a new Roger Williams Legacy programme supporting PhD studentships (at King’s College London), Clinical Research Fellowships (at King’s College Hospital), joint advocacy work with the British Liver Trust and a new open appliation Small Grants Programme. The closing date for the 2023 Call for Proposals is 14th April 2023.
